In May 2024, RamenZack was tired of seeing modding communities scattered across different platforms and systems. PC modders were in one place, console enthusiasts in another, and hardware hackers somewhere else entirely. Everyone needed to be together in the same place.
Frustrated by this fragmentation, RamenZack founded RetroMods with a clear mission: to unite these separated communities under one roof. With help and dedication from fellow modding enthusiasts, RetroMods became the bridge that connected PC and console modding communities worldwide.
Today, RetroMods stands as proof that when passionate communities come together, incredible things happen. We believe that retro gaming is more than nostalgia—it's about preserving gaming history while pushing the boundaries of what's possible with classic hardware.
